Passport Processing

At World High End Gate International Ltd, we help you through all the process of acquiring a Passport. A passport is an official travel document issued by the Government of Uganda to its citizens, allowing them to travel internationally and proving their identity and nationality. It is issued by the Directorate of Citizenship and Immigration Control (DCIC) under the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Steps taken to Apply for a Ugandan Passport:

  1. Start  Application

    • Visit the Uganda Passport Application System portal.

    • Accept terms and conditions, answer security questions, and fill out the passport application form.

  2. Payment

    • Print the Payment Advice Form and pay at a designated bank.

    • Fees vary depending on passport type:

      • Ordinary Passport 

      • Service Passport 

      • Diplomatic Passport 

  3. Schedule Appointment

  4. Attend Enrollment

    • Bring required documents:

      • National ID

      • Birth Certificate

      • Payment receipt

      • Old passport (for renewal)

    • Biometric data (fingerprints, photo) will be captured.

 

🔄 Renewal & Replacement

  • Renewal Requirements: National ID, old passport, appointment form.

  • Replacement (lost/damaged): Police report, statutory declaration, National ID, and payment of replacement fee.

  • Processing Time: Usually 1–2 weeks, but delays may occur if documents are incomplete.

  • Status Tracking: Applicants can check progress online via the portal.
